Pool Access E-Card

The pool and clubhouse area are available for use by residents of Equestrian Estates in good standing with the HOA and who are current on dues. Homeowners assume responsibility for their actions and those of their guests, and for ensuring that the pool and clubhouse areas are properly cared for. - Pool hours 7 am to 10 pm daily. - No lifeguard on duty. Swim at your own risk. - No diving, running or horseplay in pool area. - No smoking, tobacco products, or alcoholic beverages in pool area. - No glass containers of any kind in pool area. - Children under age 16 must be supervised by a parent at all times. - Guests are limited to 4 per family, and resident must be present at all times. - No pets in pool area. - Non toilet trained children are required to wear swimsuit diapers while in pool. - Proper swim attire required (no cut offs). - Only radio/music with headphones allowed. - Place all trash in containers provided. - Gate is to be closed and locked at all times. I hereby acknowledge that I have read and agree to abide by the pool rules for Equestrian Estates as listed above. I further acknowledge that I have received the key card to access the pool (number listed below) and am responsible for anyone using this card. Should the card become lost or damaged, making it inoperable, I shall be charged a $25.00 fee to replace said card.
